We are open 365 days a year for owners - that is, owners can use their caravans whenever they like during the year. We are not, however, a residential park. We close for guests to our hire fleet units from 1 November to mid-February.

The balance of the full accou8nt must be paid 28 days prior to arrival. (Provided booking lead time allows). We reserve the right to cancel your holiday and re-let the accommodation if full payment is not made on time.
Payment can be made either by credit card (there is a charge); debit card or cheque.
Entertainment passes cover all entertainment in the Starlight Suite. Special shows are extra (these happen monthly); some children's activities are chargeable too.
Check with our Reception Team, they will advise what is on and what the cost is.
Holiday homes are avilable from 4pm, however, if the caravan has passed the cleaning schedule it may be possible to get guests in earlier. You must be ready to vacate your holiday home on the day of departure at 10am. Keys should be handed to Reception.
For static holiday hire, keys are available on the day of arrival from 4pm to 7pm from our Reception after that time, keys will be collected from our Bistro.
Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure.
The hire period for touring caravans and tents will commence 3pm on any day until 12 noon on the day of departure.
Owners pay a pitch fee, environmental fee and insurance. The pitch fee depends on where on the park the caravan is situated; the environmental fee (including waste water, ground maintenance etc) depends on the length of the caravan and the insurance depends on the structure value.

You may wish to insure your holiday. This entitles you to a refund of monies paid, except the insurance premium, in the case of cancellation. The premium for all holidays is £40 payable at the time of booking.
(Coverage: Insurance covers actual illness, death or accidental injury occurring to the hirer or any member of the party included in the reservation and named on the booking form. Yes, all our pitches have enough space for an awning.
All our static holiday hire have enough equipment for the number of guests that particular unit allows.
The kitcen / dining area is equipped with crockery, cutlery, dishes, plates, cups. Cooking equipment will include baking trays, saucepans, serving dishes and spoons. Bread and carving knives.
Microwave, kettle, toaster are also included.
We can accommodate most tent sizes with awnings too.
There is a charge for credit cards. When you make a payment our Reception Team will advise what the cost is.
We can supply storage units from Trimetals and Asgard. Please refer to their websites for all models and prices.
We do charge if you wish the unit to be built and sited.
